Noise Control for Foundries/Blasting Machine Shops

The planning and manufacture of complete noise control systems for melting, heating and casting all types of metals as well as metallurgical processes is the core focus for this department.
 
We find noise control solutions to requirements regarding heat retention on the one hand, and on the other to eliminate the build up of heat through directional ventilation inside the enclosure.
 
The system is designed to guard against flying sparks and minimize dust emission into the finishing area.

Noise Control for Steel Mills and Rolling Mills

Efficient noise control for machines in smelter and rolling mills require a carefully planned noise control program.  On the basis of a noise register, the main sources of noise are identified and the most effective measures are developed.  For example:

Noise control – Acoustic panels around the scrapyard and at the facade of the steel mill, as well as around the rolling mills
Noise control – Measures at the blast furnace and casting house

Noise Control Grinding Machine Shops

Grinding dust, especially aluminum, is highly flammable and presents a fire and explosion hazard.  If hydrogen is emitted by the wet separator, detonating gas can form.
 
So that this type of situation does not occur, we offer a concept that will protect both your machinery and your employees.
 
We provide accurately calculated ventilation for your enclosure as well as for the exhaust of flammable grinding dust.  Thus, the explosion danger is permanently eliminated
