Ceramic Industry und Brick Manufacturing

FAIST has been manufacturing drying plants for the ceramic industry for many years. Our product range consists of various types of drying plants: dryer and drying conveyor, heat retaining as well as pre-heating.

The mechanical and chemical requirements of drying plants in the ceramic industry are very high.   The temperatures can range up to 300 deg. C with varying humidity up to 100%.  These extreme conditions require high corrosion resistance and resistance to humidity assuring the longevity of the drying plant.

FAIST satisfies these requirements through the use of special materials in the drying plants.  We use only galvanized metal, or a combination of zinc and aluminum, as well as stainless steel.
 
In our own shop our powder coating plant applies a multi layer coating onto the drying plants according to ISO 12 944 C2-C5, guaranteeing maximum environmental protection plus a high quality surface with mechanical durability.
 
Dryer doors and interior components, such as nozzle walls and moveable ventilation walls round out our product range for the ceramic industry.
