Wilhelm Braun (*1957)
Managing Director

Mechanical Engineer, Industrial Engineer, and Welding Engineer. He has been with FAIST since 1990. Originally responsible for the development of acoustic elements and structural design after 2 years he was promoted to head of the Construction Department. Later he was made head of the department responsible for noise control systems. Since 1996 he has been Managing Director of FAIST Anlagenbau GmbH.

Uwe Maischatz (*1967)
Managing Director Finance, Controlling, HR

Business Management degree, Nürtingen University of Applied Sciences.  He joined FAIST in November, 2006, as Head of Finance, Controlling and HR.  Mr. Maischatz has extensive experience in the fields of finance, controlling and HR, having held positions as Senior Controller for a company producing concrete pumps and as Head of Finance and Controlling for a Japanese automotive ancillary group. Since 01.01.2009 Managing Director Finance, Controlling, HR.

Friedrich Böck (*1955)
Plant Manager

He joined FAIST in April 1981 after having graduated from the Technical School for Industrial Engineering.  He was initially responsible for job planning.  Subsequently he was promoted to head of the manufacturing department and from 1993 to 1995 became head of the subsidiary in Neuwied.  Since 1996 he has been Plant Manager in Niederraunau and is also the acting Interim Managing Director for Mr. Braun. Since 2004 has had full signing authority for the company

Leonhard Sonntag (*1969)
Director of Sales Department

Mechanical Engineer and Industrial Engineer.  He joined FAIST in 1994 as a Design Engineer.  After working as Engineering Manager and Project Manager in the Neuwied subsidiary as well as interim Project Manager for International Projects in Niederraunau, he joined the Sales Department in 2001 and in 2004 was promoted to Sales Manager. Since 01.01.2009 has had full signing authority for the company.

Wolfgang Huber (*1967)
Director of Projects and Engineering

Mechanical Engineer.  He joined FAIST in 1994 as a mechanical draftsman and since completing his degree in Mechanical Engineering at Augsburg University, he has worked as a Design Engineer for FAIST.  In the following years, he became Project Manager and Interim Head of Engineering and, in 2002, was promoted to Head of Project and Engineering Department. Since 01.01.2009 has had limited authority to act and sign.
